Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Meetra. By accessing or using Meetra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
About Meetra
Meetra is an outfit video gallery that allows users to browse outfit videos, publish outfit videos with descriptions, view creator profiles, manage basic profile settings, use coins for eligible actions, and use reporting or blocking tools.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Meetra. If you use Meetra on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms.
User Accounts and Nicknames
Meetra may allow quick access through a generated nickname or profile setup flow. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your app profile and for keeping your device secure.
User Content
You are responsible for videos, descriptions, profile details, and other content you submit. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Meetra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and use your content as needed to operate and improve the app.
Content Rules
You agree not to submit content or use Meetra in a way that:
- Violates any law or regulation.
- Infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Contains harassment, threats, hate, explicit sexual content, or graphic violence.
- Exploits or endangers minors.
- Impersonates another person or misleads users.
- Attempts to interfere with the security or operation of Meetra.
Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking
Meetra may provide reporting and blocking tools. We may review reported content and may remove content, restrict access, or take other action when we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. We are not required to monitor all content before it appears.
Coins and In-App Purchases
Meetra may use coins for eligible in-app actions such as publishing. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be handled through Apple unless applicable law requires otherwise.
App Store Terms
If you downloaded Meetra from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Meetra except as required by applicable law.
Privacy
Your use of Meetra is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
Intellectual Property
Meetra, including its design, app interface, text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Meetra except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimers
Meetra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meetra and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Meetra if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the app unlawfully. You may stop using Meetra at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide notice where required. Continued use of Meetra after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
